In fact, landscape companies that specialize in executing large-scale projects often include a landscape plan with their fees. A landscape designer will meet with the client and spend time talking about plants and material preferences for the project.

I hired Giant to tear out my old softscape and install new evergreen , a tree and flowers. Also, I added cobblestone and river rock – it came out great!

How We Do Landscape Planting
While our crews are perfectly capable of installing landscape plants according to a plan on a large-scale project, we prefer these smaller landscape planting jobs where we can make positive changes to our customers’ yards without breaking the bank. - Preparation
- We meet with you to discuss your wishes and make recommendations for your yard.
- Provide you with a quote to remove the old shrubs and a recommended budget for plants.
- Our crews remove the old plants and prepare for installing new ones.
- Plant Selection
- You take a photo of your property to a nursery that we partner with. They will help you select new plants that are best for your home according to your budget.
- Installation
- Our crews pick up the plants at the nursery and install them – or if you prefer, you can have them delivered and install them yourself.
- We finish the bed with fresh edge and a healthy layer of bark mulch to help retain moisture.

We can plant 6”-8” caliper shade trees (about 16’-18’ height) and full-grown evergreen hedges 10’-14’ feet tall. Because these projects require significant more financial investment, our process is a little different:
- An itemized quote will be provided prior to commencing the project.
- Our project manager will invite you to select your plant material at a wholesale nursery.
- Dig Safe will be called 72 hours prior to installation.
- Plant Material will be delivered and installed same day.
