Residential landscapes tend to be smaller and more nuanced than commercial properties; they are more varied in their service needs, and homeowners are generally more particular about the way they like things done. For this reason, we have structured our landscape maintenance services in an à la carte format.

How Our Residential Landscape Maintenance Programs Work
Billing – Residential maintenance services are charged at an hourly rate and your card on file is billed immediately after service is performed.
No contracts – We do not have seasonal contracts for residential maintenance clients – we simply require a 7-day notice to cancel any service.
Client-directed – We do not provide estimates for residential maintenance. Clients choose their services on the seasonal maintenance sign-up form. All of our maintenance services are billed at an hourly rate.
Pre-season sign-up – If you are an existing customer, you will get the sign-up form emailed to you automatically in January and February for the upcoming season.
Do you have better things to do with your weekends? Try our residential landscape maintenance services for one year. We guarantee you’ll like it!
At Giant Landscaping, we structure our commercial maintenance services a bit differently. The world of commercial property management operates on fiscal budgets and each property has a variety of needs. With over 20 years of experience in commercial landscape maintenance, we have developed systems that allow us to meet both the needs of the site and the budget.
Seasonal Contracts For Commercial Clients
We split our commercial contracts into two parts: Landscape Maintenance and Snow and Ice Management. It makes sense to do it this way because sometimes landscape maintenance clients will have another company provide snow plowing or vice-versa.

Benefits of Regular Landscape Maintenance
Regular landscape maintenance offers numerous benefits, including enhanced curb appeal, improved property value, and a healthier environment. By maintaining your landscape, you ensure that your plants and lawn thrive, which can significantly impact the overall aesthetics of your property.
Moreover, consistent care can prevent larger issues down the line, such as pest infestations or overgrowth, which can lead to costly repairs. For instance, regular pruning and trimming help maintain the shape of your plants while promoting new growth, ensuring your landscape remains vibrant throughout the seasons.
Choosing the Right Landscape Maintenance Plan
Selecting the right landscape maintenance plan is crucial for both residential and commercial property owners. It's essential to assess your specific needs, whether you're looking for weekly mowing, seasonal cleanups, or comprehensive care that includes irrigation and pest management.
Giant Landscaping Services offers customizable plans that cater to individual preferences and property requirements. By consulting with our team, you can create a tailored maintenance schedule that fits your lifestyle and budget, ensuring your landscape remains beautiful and well-maintained year-round.
Seasonal Landscape Maintenance Tips
Seasonal landscape maintenance is vital to ensure your property looks its best throughout the year. Each season brings unique challenges and opportunities for your landscape, from spring cleanups to fall leaf removal. Understanding these seasonal needs can help you prepare your landscape effectively.
For example, in spring, it's essential to focus on aeration and overseeding to promote healthy grass growth, while fall requires leaf cleanup and preparation for winter. Our team at Giant Landscaping Services can guide you through these seasonal tasks, ensuring your landscape transitions smoothly from one season to the next.
Eco-Friendly Landscaping Practices
Implementing eco-friendly landscaping practices is becoming increasingly important for property owners looking to minimize their environmental impact. Sustainable practices, such as using native plants, efficient irrigation systems, and organic fertilizers, can enhance your landscape while protecting local ecosystems.
At Giant Landscaping Services, we prioritize eco-friendly solutions that not only beautify your property but also contribute to a healthier environment. By adopting these practices, you can create a sustainable landscape that thrives with minimal resource consumption, benefiting both your property and the planet.
