New Hampshire’s Premiere Landscape Maintenance Services

Residential Maintenance and Commercial Maintenance

Residential Maintenance Services

Residential landscapes tend to be smaller and more nuanced than commercial properties; they are more varied in their service needs, and homeowners are generally more particular about the way they like things done. For this reason, we have structured our landscape maintenance services in an à la carte format.

Seasonal Landscape Maintenance Services

  • Lawn Care – Weekly Mowing, Aeration and Overseeding
  • Bed Maintenance – Edging, Weeding, Mulching
  • Irrigation System – Startups, Winterizing, Repairs
  • Shrub Trimming/Tree Pruning
  • Spring Cleanups
  • Fall Cleanups

How Our Residential Landscape Maintenance Programs Work

  • Billing – Residential maintenance services are charged at an hourly rate and your card on file is billed immediately after service is performed.
  • No contracts – We do not have seasonal contracts for residential maintenance clients – we simply require a 7-day notice to cancel any service.
  • Client-directed – We do not provide estimates for residential maintenance. Clients choose their services on the seasonal maintenance sign-up form. All of our maintenance services are billed at an hourly rate.
  • Pre-season sign-up – If you are an existing customer, you will get the sign-up form emailed to you automatically in January and February for the upcoming season.

Do you have better things to do with your weekends? Try our residential landscape maintenance services for one year. We guarantee you’ll like it!

At Giant Landscaping, we structure our commercial maintenance services a bit differently. The world of commercial property management operates on fiscal budgets and each property has a variety of needs. With over 20 years of experience in commercial landscape maintenance, we have developed systems that allow us to meet both the needs of the site and the budget.

Seasonal Contracts For Commercial Clients

We split our commercial contracts into two parts: Landscape Maintenance and Snow and Ice Management. It makes sense to do it this way because sometimes landscape maintenance clients will have another company provide snow plowing or vice-versa.

Landscape Maintenance

April 15 – November 15

Services on a commercial landscape maintenance contract often include:

  • Weekly mowing
  • Spring bed edging and mulching
  • Irrigation start-ups and winterizing
  • Shrub trimming and tree pruning services
  • Fall leaf cleanup

Snow and Ice Management

November 15 – April 15

Services offered within a Snow and Ice Management contract include:

  • Pre-season lot staking
  • Snow plowing (2” trigger)
  • De-icing services (straight salt)
  • Walkway shoveling
  • Snow pile removal

We do NOT provide residential snow plowing; however, we can recommend reputable driveway plowing services in these areas.
